About This Project

A cleared lot is the first real step of any build. We take wooded and overgrown parcels down to workable ground: trees felled and processed, stumps extracted (not just cut flush, which leaves you with rot and settling later), and the site rough-graded to plan.
Because we also run excavation and construction crews, we clear with the end use in mind: protecting keeper trees, establishing drainage patterns early, and staging the site so the next phase starts immediately instead of waiting on cleanup.
